I am not sure why Yelp lists this location twice. My review of "Mc K's Dublin Station" but it is the same location - Great Guinness stew. Feels like walking into a pub in Dublin when I come down here. The staff has always been very nice and helpful with the food and beer selections. Great beer recommendations when you want to try something different and out of your comfort zone.t.

3 stars for having great beers on tap! But the food was pretty bad. Below average fried bar food and burgers. We had the $4 burger "special"...and it was especially low quality beef. My wife and I had multiple "boingers" in ours...you know the little hard chips of bone or cartilage that nearly break your teeth when you bite down. Yuk. The place is a bit run down, and the bathrooms were gross and needing some repairs. Come for a great beer...but plan to eat elsewhere!

Terrible, disorganized place in downtown Daytona. Got the absolute worst service here 10 min to get a beer then did not a waitress for 20 min sat out of beer forever when we did order they took it to the wrong table and they ate it. We left and the manager comped the beers an hour wasted.

I have never been here for the food, but I do frequent this place when I'm in town for some drinks. They have an awesome craft beer selection, with tons of different options on tap that change frequently and also a large bottle selection as well. It's a great place to go before and after the Cubs games, since it's right across the street from the ballpark. The bartenders are always helpful if you're not sure what kind of beer you want and will offer you samples so you can pick out the right one. They're also very knowledgeable about the beers and can answer most questions.

Very good to exceptional beer selection. Very good to exceptional bar tenders. They make great recommendations and are attentive. I have not ordered the food but it sure looks and smells good. The bar is warm and inviting and everyone is friendly.

Service could have been a bit better, food was great!!! Came in for Valentines Day can U believe they have NO VDAY SPECIALS??? Besides that Id go back, drinks were good, not too much of a beer drinker but if you are its the place to go!!!

My husband loves the extensive selection of brews. I like their food. I've tried their Cobb salad with the surprise ingredient-corned beef! Excellent! Last night, a cool evening in Daytona, I ordered the Shepard'd Pie...delicious comfort food! I want to try the Bangers and Mash on my next visit!

Excellent Irish Egg Rolls. Easily 4 stars. We also had a bacon cheddar burger medium. We'll definitely go back.
(4)Robin R.
They have a large selection of beer to choose from. Friendly staff with a fun atmosphere with live Irish music on the weekends. Food is good but the potato pancakes are awesome!

Large beer selection (a little overwhelming for me personally, but it's always fun). Friendly staff, cozy environment. Try the Potatoe Pancakes... They're to die for!!!!

Me and my husband were searching for someplace different to eat. We came here the food is good the atmosphere is great and the drinks are awesome. I will definitely recommend this place for a girls night out of drinking food and fun. Waitress was a little unfriendly and we'll there is no better way to say it but I will grab another table for some one else to get my money

If you want an incredible meal but don't want to sacrifice an incredible bar experience, this is the place to go. The fully stocked bar has an incredibly experienced staff that makes amazing world class drinks and the kitchen staff is just as amazing. Great atmosphere and music makes McK's Tavern a must for any local or visitor.

Took 15 min to get a menu then they never came back waited another 20 min after getting the menu with not even one person taking a drink order so we left. 35 min and wasn't even able to order a beer or water.

Pretty decent bar food. Not your typical bar food. Better quality than most bars around the area. I'd go to this place every now and then because it was pretty close to where I was living at the time and conveniently a few doors down from Sweet Marlay's (see my other review about them!) Since I am edge and not a drinker, I can't rate the beer aspect or bar atmosphere of this place. The food however is decent.

I actually enjoyed my food here! My sandwich was hot, tasty, and cheesy. And the hubs had a delcious chicken quesadilla. It was just typical food, but it was very good. Service was very laid back. We sat ourselves and the server did not "fuss" over us. We had a great time and will definitely come back. Parking is on the street, but you can usually find a great spot close by. I'm looking forward to trying other things from the menu.

Bad service. Felt ignored. Server had an attitude. Just went in to have a few beers with friends before the baseball game. Would not recommend this place.

Sooo came here after a best friend's graduation. The bartenders were real cool, we had like 20 people there. Basically, we were the only people there, and it was a festive occasion. So I guess we start getting loud (nothing too rowdy, just loud voices), and I suppose a local there got upset, and yelled loudly for us to quiet down (rudely). Now, I know I have a loud voice, but there is a way to say quiet down (southern hospitality?). Well, let's just say things ensued (no violence), and the waitress took the side of the group of 2. We shortly left. Whatever, never going back anyways.

Our favorite bar in Daytona Beach. We go almost every Thursday night for Bottle and Burger night. $4 burgers and $2 craft beer. The best place in Daytona Beach to come hang out. We frequent this place a lot and have tried almost everything by now. Friday night they have corn beef and cabbage that is to die for. Great food, great atmosphere, and an all around great joint.

What a great selection of beer. They had many of my favorites and many that I want to become my favorites. You can even buy them to go next door. I had the fish and chips, the fish did not seem freshly beer battered, I can't seem to get a decent fish fry in florida. However, my partner had the Ruben. Amazing. Wish I would have gotten it too. Can't wait to go back and get my own.

Good food but last Friday they had absolutist terrible service, we had about 2-3 different servers and didn't know who was actually taking care of us. We felt ignored and were there for a very very long time. Toke forever to get our food even just our appetizer. Still their food is really good I'm not sure why they had a service issue on Friday. If anything that's when they should be at their best! Oh well maybe they will learn something from the tips.

Incredible beer selection, over 150 bottles and i think around 50 on draft, and a full liquor bar too. The staff is friendly and the bartenders know a lot about the beers. The food is good also, i've been several times and have never been disappointed. The blackened gorgonzola burger is great, the Mahi Mahi sandwich was very good, the appetizer sampler was good and a ton of food and the potato pancakes on it were amazing, and the club sandwich with corn beef was very good as well.

Possibly the greatest restaurant/pub in Daytona. I love the buffalo chicken sandwich and the Caesar salad wrap. I don't drink often but my friends all agree that Mck's has a great selection of beer.
(5)Shawn L.
I had chef salad and was very pleased. Plenty of meat for 8.95. Wife had Ceaser wrap that came with homemade chips. My daughter got chicken and chips and it was really good too. My total for3 ppl came to 39.00 and we had 2 beers. Not bad
(4)Mike D.
Hmmm, disappearing drafts but still a decent amount of bottles. The selection has become a bit random with nothing really jumping out anymore. The saving grace of this place is their original crew of bartenders and the really good deals they offer depending on the night. Probably your best bet when looking for a "beer bar" anywhere in Daytona. The wings are pretty good but I wouldn't really come here exclusively for them, so drink up!

Cool place with a large beer selection (150ish last time I checked). There is a beer challenge too: if you drink all the beers on the McKs list in 5 months (~150 beers), you get a mug, tshirt, & your name on the wall. There is something special if you if you finish the list in 3 days too. I've found that I don't care for the taste of their mixed drinks. I really enjoy all the food that I've gotten from here. They do $3 burgers on Thursdays, yay! (extra for fries or onion rings).

Attentive service, good tap beer selection, hot tasty burgers cooked perfectly. Can't ask for more in a Tavern.
